Anzac completely renovated our kitchen and added a half bath, and we would hire them again on future projects.

The quality of their work was exceptional. The kitchen and bathroom are beautiful, have added value to our house, and—most importantly—have improved our daily enjoyment of our house. Anzac’s craftsmanship, their attention to detail, and their eye for interior design made all of the difference.
And yet we are equally grateful for Anzac’s commitment to our interests as their customers, which they demonstrated right from the start.

Anzac came to the rescue after our original contractor disappeared prior to the start of the project. By that time, however, we had already chosen both a cabinet supplier and a countertop fabricator with whom Anzac had no previous relationship. Additionally, we already had architectural plans for the project. Other replacement contractors turned us down because they insisted on using their own designer or cabinet supplier or countertop fabricators. But that was not a problem for Tom and Ryan. They gave us a comprehensive and competitive bid based on what we needed, and no more.

And Anzac’s commitment to us and our project never wavered, not even when the cabinet supplies who WE BROUGHT TO THE PROJECT proved to be unreliable and dishonest. Anzac stuck with us and helped us several times to communicate and work with our cabinet supplier despite how much our relationship with that supplier deteriorated.

Every big construction project has its surprises, and our project did as well. Anzac was fair with the couple of times we needed to address a surprise that was going to add to our cost. Ryan would communicate with us immediately, and he patiently walked us through the problem and our options for addressing them. We were never pressured, and we always felt Ryan and Anzac handled those issues with integrity and honesty.

We also discovered that we needed additional help on interior design decisions, and, for a very reasonable additional cost, Anzac allowed us to work with their staff designer who was GREAT. Katy’s advice on tile and light fixtures and several other decisions helped us to match the kitchen to the style of the house, and she gave us confidence that the many design choices we had to make would work together as a whole.

Anzac has also continued to serve us after the project was completed. They are always available to answer questions even when it means stopping by the house. When a small electrical issue arose in the kitchen, they came to address it immediately.

Lastly, Anzac’s employees and subcontractors were easy to work with. We lived in the house throughout the project, and every employee and every subcontractor was professional and courteous. They would warn us when a portion of the work would be particularly noisy or dusty or would require turning off the electricity or water for short periods of time. It speaks well of a company that each and every person who works for the company or who contracts with the company has the same commitment to customers as the people who head the project and who run the company. And that is Anzac!

I’ve had the opportunity to work with ANZAC Developments on a number of projects, and they’ve consistently been a great team to partner with. They’re organized, easy to communicate with, and take pride in delivering quality work.

I really appreciate how smoothly their projects run and how well they coordinate the job site. It makes a big difference when a general contractor values both craftsmanship and clear communication.

Overall, they do great work and are a solid contractor to work with. I look forward to continuing our relationship on future projects.

Thank you Anzac for delivering an outstanding project. Janice and I love our new home. Kellee was a terrific project manager and she kept the project on-time and within budget. Kellee’s weekly updates were excellent and very much appreciated. Subcontractors were great, too. Our MVP award goes to Jermaine who can do anything and did everything, but his greatest talent is his superb craftsmanship.

Anzac went above and beyond our expectations. We spent three years searching for a trusted and quality minded builder. Anzac came highly recommended and after meeting the team, we felt comfortable with their organization. We asked them to build a complete addition that included a master bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower, walk-in closet and an office space. We included two decks one fully covered and screened in. The results exceeded our expectations. Their communications was constant and the project managers Richard and Tyler were constantly hands on. There integrity is flawless, they do what they say and when errors were made they were quick to take responsibly and held themselves accountable. Every aspect of their work was quality. You will not find a more honest, hardworking group of contractors like Anzac

We are almost finished with a primary bed/bath addition with Anzac. They have been fantastic from the start. We did not wait weeks to get a bid back- about a week or less if I remember correctly. Their estimate for work time was correct- about 4 months. The team is very transparent and VERY easy to get ahold of. We had a group text chain and any questions or comments we had were responded to within hours if not immediately. Our superintendent and project manager have both been fantastic- easy to talk to, get ahold of, very communicative, etc. They always spoke with us face to face or over the phone regarding any unforeseen issues. A weekly recap of was texted out with plans for the following week. We were living in the home throughout so this was so helpful to plan, prep and stay out of the way. We had no issues with any subcontractors but the superintendent and project manager worked closely with them and managed them well.

Anzac also allowed us to take on some of the work ourselves (paint, flooring, baseboards)to cut costs. The superintendent is very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of direction on using floor leveler as we had not done this before.

Every addition to the project or change (further plumbing had to be replaced, more roofing required, etc) was fully addressed and clear to us so we have no surprises with additional costs at the end.

We wanted some window shutters saved from demo for our new bedroom but there was a miscommunication and they were disposed. There was no avoidance of this issue once brought up. It was addressed very quickly and Anzac gave us a credit for them.

Besides all of these professional aspects, Anzac is also a group of real people that care about their clients. We expected and had our second child during this renovation. They worked hard to try to get drywall done early so the dust wouldn’t be present while baby was home. They always let us know when contractors would arrive and wanted to know if we were ok with that. They even gave us a baby gift!

I cannot recommend Anzac enough and seriously have nothing bad to say about them. If you have been holding back on your Reno because you get frustrated by contractors that don’t call you back or if you’re on a budget- Anzac is for you. If we do any further work on our home we will be using Anzac again! I’m actually kind of sad I won’t be seeing my new friends once the work is over!

My project wasn’t the most glamorous project on Anzac Development’s list – my house was hit by a car. But Anzac Development’s team of professionals treated the rebuild as if it were a top priority. And it was for me. From the start, they provided a detailed estimate that outlined what to expect. They were always there, moving the job forward. They were excellent at communications – letting me know what was completed, and what they intended on completing the next week. They listened and addressed issues as they came up. There were very professional and I would (and have) highly recommended them.

Bottom line, ANZAC delivered on a concept of a garage addition to park the dream car and do some entertaining. Very professional and stayed on a mission to please the customer. Set expectations. Communication was really good. They delivered!
